I’m sorry if you like baseball, but i do not. I don’t like it forced down my throat, I don’t like it interfering with my weekly T.V. schedule and i don’t like it as a topic of small talk. If i do not like the game I should not have to read about it, see it, or hear about it. Facebook has been overcome with statuses chronicling the World Series. I understood the Yankees won the first twenty times I read it.  I would much rather be watching a new episode Glee tonight than Harold and Maude on my computer to avoid the baseball game. Don’t get me wrong I love Harold and Maude I just prefer my weekly television schedule to the what’s on my hard drive marathon going on the past two weeks.

Another Ghost World picture, just for kicks.

Ghost World is probably my favorite comic book movie. The plots have similar points but are different enough that you can watch the movie and read the book and have the same feeling but not be  annoyed with scenes playing differently than you originally wanted. Thora Birch is also one of my favorite actresses.
